I am a USBF Natural Bodybuilding Figure Pro. I won my Pro card on 4/26/08 at the New Jersey Natural Classic.
I joined a gym in 2005 to escape from some everyday personal problems. It made me feel good and took my mind off all of the other crap that I just wanted to get away from.
Later that year I met a man at the gym who would not only end up becoming one of my best friends, but he changed my life forever. Marty took me under his wing and pushed me beyond all my limits-or what I thought were limits. He taught me that the only limits I had, were the ones I made for myself.
Within a few months my body had transformed into something I never believed it was capable of. When I finally realized what hard work and determination could do for me, I pushed harder, trained harder and never lost focus.
In 1997 I developed an online forum for Figure girls, and women in general, who shared the same fitness interests. MuscleSorority.com was born so I could showcase my progression photos, competition videos and log my diet and training programs.
While MuscleSorority.com was originally intended as a place for “fitness chicks” to hang out, it quickly grew into so much more when my clients-both female AND MALE-starting seeing AMAZING results with my ePrograms, some of them losing up to 90 lbs in a year.
In addition to diet and training consutation, I have developed a comprehensive Figure walk/Posing program to train Figure competitors how to OWN the stage, not just walk on it!
